REGULATIONS FOR REPORTING IRREGULARITIES
In our company, based on internal regulations, there is a channel for reporting irregularities for so-called Whistleblowers – people who have noticed potential irregularities occurring in our organization.
The regulations adopted in YORK PL ensure the protection of the identity of the reporting person (the report is confidential) and allow for the handling of anonymous reports.
Any person can report an irregularity by:
- Sending a report via email to zgloszenie@york.pl (you can use the attached form template)
- Sending a report by mail to the address: HR Director YORK PL Sp. z o.o. sp.k. Bolechowo, ul. Poznańska 1, 62-005 Owińska,
whereby: to maintain full anonymity, reports should be sent in a sealed envelope marked: “Irregularity Report”. This correspondence is not subject to registration under the general rules applicable in the Company
